Called Out Brevard is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2019, based in Brevard County, Florida. We are dedicated to fighting human trafficking through education, survivor support, and advocacy.

Called Out Brevard offers a text message (SMS/MMS) communication program. By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:

Message frequency varies based on events, campaigns, and organizational updates. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Frequency may increase temporarily during active campaigns or events.
Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging charges depend on your wireless carrier and your individual plan. Called Out Brevard is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from Called Out Brevard unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at (321) 379-7914.

Our text messaging service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator, and delivery is not guaranteed. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not subscribe to our SMS program. If we learn that a person under 18 has opted in, we will immediately remove them from our messaging list.
We will never sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through our text messaging program with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your information will only be used by Called Out Brevard to communicate with you about our mission, programs, and events.
All donations to Called Out Brevard are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donations are processed through Zeffy, a third-party payment platform.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Called Out Brevard or its licensors.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Called Out Brevard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
